Profile of Marc Katz
- People surrounding Marc qualify him as a ‘people person’, of which he is genuinely proud. He is capable of translating his natural interest and insight in people into high energy levels in their private and working lives.
- Marc is direct. Without hesitation, he takes the noise out of stories and gets to the essence of things. That can be very confrontational, but through his humour he lands his messages in a rather non-invasive way.
- Marc intentionally seeks out resistances. After all, no movement without friction.
He creates an unavoidable but at the same time very safe setting for change and for leaving old barriers behind. - Marc is honest, sharp and inspiring. He listens without judging.
Marc graduated from Delft University in Electrical Engineering. He followed several leadership programmes and coach training courses.
He is fluent in Dutch and English, and is familiar with working with diverse cultures.
In private life, Marc is a proud father of two adult sons. He lives in Den Haag with his partner Linda, already for more than 15 years.
His fourth love is his guitar, on which he plays his repertoire ranging from Clapton to Pink Floyd passionately and quite successfully (at least, this is what he himself says).
