Vision – the organization

  • The leader of the organization must be constantly alert to relevant movements in the outside world, and translate them adequately into the strategy, course and operational goals. And he must mobilize his organization for these changes.

  • In this constantly changing playing field, the managers must take care of predictable and optimal results from their units.
  •  

  • The professionals will frequently have to master new competencies and skills, to keep contributing optimally to the – changing – goals of the organization.

The organization must therefore develop a culture for change, while most processes in that very organization are designed for predictability and minimizing deviations.

Last but not least: perfect cooperation, both in the organization and across the entire chain with customers and suppliers, is essential to fully adapt to the vigour of the outside world.
